Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Center Square, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead dining service operations during meal periods. You will supervise team members, ensure service standards, train staff, and enforce policies on appearance, attendance and punctuality.

The role requires being on the floor during service and participating in department meetings to boost engagement. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and a minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.

• Enforce policies on appearance, attendance, punctuality and service standards.
• Attend department meetings and drive employee engagement and retention.
