Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a part-time Server to join our dining services. The role involves delivering high-quality dining experiences for residents, taking orders, and assisting with meal service in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

This position requires weekend and holiday availability, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure resident satisfaction and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred but not required.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Clear and reset tables between courses to maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist residents with meal selections and accommodate dietary needs per care plan.
• Deliver meals to rooms when requested and assist with room service as needed.
• Maintain sanitary dining areas and follow food safety protocols.
