Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Full-time Server to provide high-quality dining service to residents in a welcoming, hospitality-centered environment. You will seat guests, take orders, and ensure meals meet individual preferences and dietary needs.

The role requires clear English communication, reliability, and the ability to work Monday through Friday with some weekend availability. Competitive benefits are offered and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Must complete required Background clearances, health screening, and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals to residents, family members, and guests.
• Uphold high table etiquette and reset tables for subsequent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage with residents and assist with meal selections and dining needs.
• Adhere to residents' dietary needs and care plans as outlined by the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and comply with food safety protocols.
