Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Server to enhance residents’ dining experiences with exceptional service. You will seat guests, take orders, and deliver meals while maintaining clean, sanitary dining areas. This role requires attention to dietary needs, strong communication, and friendly, professional conduct in a care-focused setting.

Open availability including weekends is requested. The position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, the ability to speak, write, understand, and read English.
• Experience in restaurant operations or the ability to learn is preferred.
• Must be able to operate standard serving equipment and maintain a sanitary dining area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining service by taking accurate orders and serving meals.
• Seat residents and guests, uphold etiquette and reset tables between courses.
• Adhere to dietary needs and care plans, assist with menu selections, and communicate needs to supervisors.
