Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform a range of dining service duties, maintain clean and sanitary dining areas, and assist with basic food preparation as needed.

The role requires following recipes, serving foods at proper temperatures, and maintaining HACCP logs, while upholding safety and infection control procedures. Prior dining experience and a patient, team-oriented approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and diet orders.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions.
• Must be patient with staff, residents, and family.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined dining service routines with utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assists with dining room setup for meals and events, including beverages and salads.
• Assists with clean-up and maintaining clean dining service areas.
• Receives and stores food and supplies.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards or incidents.
• Maintains HACCP logs and records of product usage and waste.
• Adheres to infection control procedures and proper cleaning practices.
• Supports in food handling and service as needed.
