You will help oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service, and work closely with the Dining Services Manager.

The role emphasizes staff supervision and training, adherence to dietary guidelines, inventory records, and positive interaction with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• . High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• - Previous experience in food service management or a similar role is desired.
• - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in dining services.
• - Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• - Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily dining operations, including staff supervision and training.
• Ensure compliance with dietary guidelines and food safety standards.
• Maintain records of food inventory, costs, and staff schedules.
• Lead staff training on food preparation, service techniques, and safety protocols.
