Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager in Indiana to lead the dining operation for a residential or institutional facility. You will develop and implement dining solutions that meet customer needs and oversee daily operations, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction.

You will coach and develop team members, plan daily briefs, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive performance to hit client and company financial targets while applying Aramark processes and standards to improve margins.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and teams.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships across departments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
