Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee dining operations at our client site in the Plainfield, IN area. You will lead and develop the dining team, ensure quality meals, and uphold Aramark standards while focusing on client satisfaction.

You will manage safety, sanitation, and cost controls, while driving operational excellence and strong labor performance in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain client rapport and deliver service excellence.
• Management and staff supervision experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining operations with emphasis on safety, sanitation, and quality.
• Coach and develop team members using Aramark's model; recognize performance.
• Track and meet client financial targets and operational metrics.
• Ensure efficient production, cost controls, and profit management.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and wage/hour regulations.
• Coordinate front-of-house dining activities with the Food Service Director.
