Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train staff
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally
• Ability to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Lead dining operations and teams to meet client expectations

• Manage P&L and financial performance to hit targets
• Drive productivity with cost controls and labor optimization
