Responsibilities

• Leadership: engage and develop team members, reward performance, lead daily briefings, ensure safety and sanitation.
• Client Relationship: identify client needs and communicate progress.
• Financial Performance: manage P&L, hit financial targets, follow Aramark processes and monitor margins.
• Productivity: optimize operations, control costs, train the team, supervise production and quality.
• Compliance: maintain safe environment and adhere to safety, health, wage and hour regulations.
• Additional Responsibilities: lead front of house with the Food Service Director; coordinate activities to deliver finished meals.
