Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Food Service Manager to lead dining operations in a correctional setting, developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. You will oversee menu-driven service, coach team members, and ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance.

You will drive P&L performance, monitor inventory trends, and align with the Food Service Director to deliver quality meals and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport and deliver excellent customer service.
• Must lift up to 50 lb. occasionally.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
