Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations, develop solutions to meet customer tastes, and supervise front-of-house teams in cafeteria and residential dining facilities. You will coach staff using Aramark's model, manage safety and sanitation, oversee P&L, and drive productivity and cost controls while delivering quality service and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience.
• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport.
