Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation (up to 1 year of dietetics experience may be substituted) required

• Ensure proper portioning, attractive plating, and service quality to standards.
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of restaurant, kitchen, storage areas and loading dock.
• Ensure dining staff comply with safety regulations and company policies.
