Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Tallgrass Creek community in Overland Park, KS, is hiring an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services. You will lead dining-room and cafe operations, supervise planning, training, and scheduling for a large team, and ensure service meets high standards across venues.

The role requires at least 3 years in dining management, Serv-Safe certification, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dining room management, service and sanitation experience.
• Current Serv-Safe certification or state-equivalent required within 6 months.
• Weekend and holiday availability essential.
• Ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring and coaching for restaurant, café and supervisory staff.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation and service standards across venues.
• Supervise cleanliness and organization of restaurant, kitchen, storage and loading dock.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
