Requirements include 3+ years in dining room management, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to supervise multiple venues with large teams. Exposure to lifting up to 25 pounds is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, training, hiring, coaching and development of all restaurant staff.
• Ensure portions, presentation, and service meet standards.

• Ensure safety regulations and company policies compliance.
• Participate in programs to enhance resident and employee satisfaction.
