Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Food Services (sous chef) in Kokomo, IN. You will support the Food Service Director in daily operations and ensure high-quality meals for residents while upholding safety standards.

You will lead kitchen tasks, assist with meal service, and help with staffing, scheduling, and labor management to maintain efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a food service setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Experience leading a kitchen team and coordinating meal service.
