Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Experience in dining leadership preferred.
• Experience as line cook, prep cook or sous chef preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Service Director with daily food service operations.
• Ensure adherence to food service regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in meal service preparation and kitchen tasks as needed.
• Lead hands-on in meal service to support staffing and production.
• Support scheduling, recruitment and labor management as needed.
