Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of food service experience preferred.
• Evidence of leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and promote Pyramid Healthcare's core values and mission.
• Guide and supervise food service operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure staff effectiveness, efficiency, and client satisfaction per policies.
• Assist with the preparation, cooking, and serving of food.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to employees with supervision.
• Maintain standards of food quality and service quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment per food safety guidelines.
• Motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Address client concerns and report incidents as needed.
• Complete required trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
