Compass Group USA is seeking a Patient Services Lead to coordinate patient meal service within the Patient Dining Program. You will train and supervise Patient Dining Associates, ensuring timely tray assembly, delivery, and special requests while aligning with clinical dietary needs.

The role requires leadership experience, strong customer service, and ability to work with nursing and dietary teams in a healthcare setting. Open, full-time schedule with early hours in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership/supervisory experience and customer service skills required.
• Excellent communication and reading abilities; comfortable with hospital ADT and computer systems.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds and push meal carts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Patient Dining Program systems and processes to meet service objectives.
• Supervise Patient Dining Associates; assist with menu selections and tray delivery/pick-up.
• Coordinate menu options for allergies, cultural, and dietary needs; interact with nursing daily.
• Ensure HIPAA, HACCP, and sanitation standards compliance; complete required daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Conduct daily team meetings following GR8 Start guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.
