Pyramid Healthcare in Concord, MA is seeking a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen and dining operations, ensuring nutritious meals are prepared safely and on schedule. You will lead a team, manage shifts, and support high-quality dining experiences for clients during recovery programs.

The ideal candidate has food service or kitchen supervisory experience, knowledge of food safety, and strong leadership and communication skills; ServSafe training preferred.

Qualifications

• In-depth food service or kitchen operations experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures.
• ServSafe training or certification preferred; training may be available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support kitchen and dining services staff.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure meals meet schedules and dietary requirements.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and day-to-day coordination of dining staff.
• Prepare, cook, and serve meals as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized kitchen and dining environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor temperatures and complete required documentation.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies.
• Address operational needs and support a positive dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
