The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and ability to direct food production, sanitation, and patient/customer service standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field (or A.A. plus 4 years experience).
• 5–7 years of direct foodservice ops management with inventory/purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food & catering trends, quality, sanitation, cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried managers and hourly associates in Food Service.
• Oversee account direction, coordination, and evaluation.
• Hire/train staff; assign work; review performance and issues.
