Job summary

Wellington in Hershey's Mill is seeking an experienced Dining Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of all dining programs. You will manage purchasing, budgeting, staff scheduling, and ensure compliance with health regulations while delivering high-quality meals for residents.

You will lead a team, maintain standards of food safety, apply recipes, monitor diets, and drive satisfaction through service, hospitality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of food service experience required.
• Serv Safe or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to switch tasks quickly while maintaining quality.
• Positive, professional attitude with clear leadership.
• Pride in food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Patience and effective communication across diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day dining operations and purchasing of all dining items.
• Maintain budgets for raw food and supplies; ensure 95% DSSI compliance.
• Apply standard recipes and ensure proper food temperature and portions.
• Manage residents' diets and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Lead staff through training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Enforce sanitation, health, and safety policies; prepare for inspections.
