Job summary

The Hotel Hershey, a luxury resort, seeks an experienced restaurant leader to oversee food and beverage operations across all meals in the Circular, reporting to the Director of Restaurants. You will drive guest satisfaction, lead a diverse staff, manage budgets, and uphold safety and service standards in a refined resort setting.

Qualifications

• Interview, hire, schedule, train and motivate restaurant staff.
• Forecast covers, revenue and expenses for all meal periods and control costs.
• Provide hands-on leadership on the floor, monitor service and guest satisfaction.
• Complete payroll information and monitor labor reports.
• Maintain safety, health and sanitation standards in all food areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining reservations, cashiers and hosts and optimize table configuration.
• Oversee Circular wine and mixology program and inventory systems.
