Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a friendly food and beverage associate at Wellington at Hershey's Mill to provide prompt service to residents and guests. You will take orders, communicate with the kitchen, and deliver meals while maintaining a positive attitude.

You will help keep dining areas tidy, complete side work, and strive for resident satisfaction. Training is provided, and English communication is essential for daily interactions with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred but training is provided.
• Must be able to obtain and hold required local health/sanitation licenses.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and use basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Take food orders, relay to kitchen, and deliver meals to residents or guests promptly.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Bus and reset tables and complete assigned side work.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with residents, visitors and co-workers.
