Morrison Living in Whitehall, PA, seeks a Senior Director of Dining Services to lead the on-site foodservice operation. You will ensure high-quality cuisine, exceptional hospitality, and client satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

The role requires P&L accountability, strategic planning, and strong leadership to drive a positive work environment across the dining team at the community.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include managing foodservice operations with inventory and cost controls.
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract-managed service is desirable.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities with coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and accounting proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with client business goals.
• Own on-site leadership and ensure service behaviors meet standards.
• Monitor health regulations, safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Oversee budgets, verify financial performance, and optimize costs.
• Maintain strong resident and client relationships and drive satisfaction.
