Compass Group USA, via Unidine, seeks a Director of Dining Services for Geneva, IL to lead the community’s food and beverage operation. You will ensure high-quality service, financial performance, and a positive work environment while partnering with clients and residents.

You will oversee strategy deployment, staff leadership, compliance with health regulations, and ongoing program innovation to deliver exceptional hospitality and resident satisfaction.

Qualificações

• B.S. in Food Services Tech/Management or related field.
• 5–7 years in direct foodservice ops management with inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends and cost control.
• Experience with P&L accountability and contract‑managed services desirable.
• Excellent supervisory, leadership, coaching, and communication skills; strong financial acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement operating strategy aligned with Compass Community Living and client business strategy.
• Own on-site leadership and drive desired service behaviors, with accountability.
• Oversee personnel, operations, and culinary decisions; provide sound recommendations.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain client/ resident satisfaction via regular communication and feedback.
• Lead team meetings and foster a best-in-class hospitality culture.
• Guide budget planning and financial performance of the account.
