Unidine, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Director of Dining Services/Culinary in Washington, DC to lead the on-site foodservice operation with a focus on resident and client satisfaction, financial goals, and hospitality excellence.

The role requires strategic direction, strong leadership, and the ability to drive service standards while managing budgets and staffing across the community dining program.

Qualificações

• Five to seven years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, cost controls, and presentation.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Excellent supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement overall operating strategy aligned with Compass Community Living and client business strategy.
• Take ownership of driving outcomes as if owning the business and hold on-site leadership accountable.
• Oversee safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Lead pre-meal briefings and staff meetings to ensure clear communication and service excellence.
• Manage budgets and analyze financial reports to improve performance.
• Lead team meetings and foster a positive, development-focused work environment.
