Compass Group USA is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations. You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and be accountable for account profitability and talent development.

You will drive budget adherence, ensure top-quality food, and implement safety and sanitation programs across the operation, aligning dining services with facility plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• ServSafe certified a plus; focus on quality, sanitation, and cost controls.

Responsabilités

• Operates the department within the approved budget while providing maximum value for the dollars spent.
• Ensures the food offered to the client is of superior quality.
• Directs and conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients and other departments within the community.
• Promotes the professional growth and development of the entire team.
• Fosters strong inter-departmental relations and integrates the dining service department with the facility plan of operations.
