Job summary

Wellspring Lutheran Services in Michigan is seeking a Dining Services Aide to join our caring team. You will serve meals in dining rooms, support the dining team, and help create a welcoming, comfortable home for residents while ensuring accuracy and safety of service.

Position is full-time with day and afternoon shifts, rotating weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior dining or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining services, food service, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing excellent service to residents and fellow team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in dining rooms ensuring accuracy and attention to individual preferences and dietary needs.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Work with cooks, dietary team, nursing staff and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Create comfort, connection, and a sense of home for residents through friendly service.
