Wellspring Lutheran Services in Michigan is seeking a Housekeeping & Dietary Aide to help keep resident rooms and dining areas clean, safe, and welcoming. Qualifications

At Wellspring Skilled Nursing & Rehab, we're looking for Housekeeping & Dietary Aides who understand that cleanliness, hospitality, and service are essential parts of exceptional resident care. In this role, you'll help create an environment where residents can live with dignity, comfort, and peace of mind. You'll serve as an important member of the care team, supporting both housekeeping and dining services while helping ensure every resident feels valued and respected. Whether you're preparing a dining room for a meal, serving a resident according to their preferences, making a room feel fresh and welcoming, or simply sharing a friendly conversation in the hallway, your work helps transform a healthcare facility into a community. Most importantly, you'll help create the kind of environment where residents feel at home.

What Your Impact Will Look Like

You'll help ensure resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and shared environments remain clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll support residents through meaningful daily interactions, recognizing that kindness and hospitality are just as important as completing assigned tasks. You'll help provide positive dining experiences by preparing service areas, delivering meals, serving residents according to dietary needs and preferences, and maintaining clean dining spaces. You'll take pride in creating organized, comfortable environments that support residents’ well‑being and quality of life. You'll help maintain infection prevention and safety standards that protect residents, visitors, and fellow team members. You'll notice the details that matter—whether it's a room that needs attention, a resident who could use a helping hand, or an opportunity to make someone's day a little brighter. Some days you'll be preparing meal trays and serving residents in the dining room. Other days you'll be refreshing resident rooms, assisting with laundry needs, supporting your teammates, or helping prepare a room to welcome a new resident. Every day, your work will contribute to residents’ comfort, safety, and happiness.
