Wellspring Lutheran Services in Fairview, MI is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping & Dietary Aide to help create a clean, welcoming home-like environment for residents. You’ll support dining services and housekeeping, delivering meals and maintaining safe, comfortable spaces for everyday life.

This full-time role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and compassionate service. No medication duties required, but attention to infection prevention and resident well-being is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, dietary, hospitality, food service, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and shared environments clean, safe, and welcoming.

• Prepare service areas, deliver meals, serve residents according to dietary needs and preferences, and maintain clean dining spaces.
• Refresh resident rooms and assist with laundry as needed; support teammates as required.
