Job summary

Wellspring Lutheran Services is seeking a Dining Services Cook to prepare nutritious meals for residents and support tailored dietary needs in a care setting. You’ll follow recipes, meet safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

You’ll work as part of a compassionate team, ensuring meals are served with care, on time, and aligned with individual resident preferences and therapeutic diets where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and HACCP principles is helpful.
• Experience preparing special diets or modified-texture meals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious meals for residents following recipes and dietary requirements.
