Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.

• Proven ability to supervise production, quality and control.
• Willingness to meet safety, wage and hour requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining teams using Aramark coaching model.
• Oversee front-of-house dining operations and daily briefings.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure P&L statements are completed and financial targets met.
• Manage food service productivity, cost controls and margins.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across operations.
