Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to meet client expectations.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Deliver financial targets and manage P&L awareness.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and quality standards across operations.
• Coordinate food service activities with the Food Service Director and frontline teams.
