Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to develop and implement dining solutions, overseeing dining operations where customers order from a menu. You will lead staff, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive performance to meet client expectations.

In this role, you will coach and develop team members, manage relationships with clients, monitor financial targets, and optimize food and labor costs while adhering to Aramark's standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain client rapport.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front of the house and dining operation in collaboration with the Food Service Director.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver finished products to customers.
• Engage and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model; recognize and reward performance.
• Identify client needs, communicate progress, and maintain client relationships while meeting financial targets.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and regulations.
