EverTrue is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform a range of dining duties, maintain sanitary dining areas, and assist with meal preparation. The role involves setting up dining rooms, serving residents, and ensuring foods are served at correct temperatures.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions, diet orders, resident preference cards, and work assignments.
• Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Performs defined work routines using dining service utensils, supplies, and equipment as assigned.
• Assists with dining service set-up in dining rooms and at catered events, prepares beverages, salads, desserts, and other food items per recipes.
• Assists with dining room set up including setting tables, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Assists with clean-up to maintain dining service areas, including bussing tables, cleaning floors, washing dishes, and stocking items.
• Receives and stores food and supplies.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards or incidents.
