EverTrue in the United States is seeking a Dining Service Associate to perform a range of dining service functions, maintain clean and sanitary dining areas, and support kitchen activities as needed.

The role requires following recipes, serving residents, ensuring proper food temperatures, documenting HACCP logs, and adhering to safety standards; prior dining service experience is preferred, and the position offers benefits and shift options.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe instructions and diet orders.
• Must be patient and tolerant with staff, residents, and families.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined dining service routines using utensils, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with dining room set-up and catered events, prepare beverages and food items per recipes.
• Assist with dining room setup, stocking buffets, and serving residents.
• Clean dining areas, bussing tables, washing dishes, and waste management.
• Receive and store food and supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and HACCP documentation and report hazards.
