Responsibilities

• Assist servers in set-up, service and clean-up tasks.
• Assist in carrying food trays to tables.
• Remove soiled dishes and linen; bring to wash area.
• Set tables with silverware and glassware.
• Maintain a fully stocked server station.
• Move tables and chairs as needed for dining area.
• Polish silver service items.
• Help banquet staff as needed.
