Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Server Assistant to support front-of-house dining operations, ensuring prompt service and a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. The role involves assisting with food and beverage delivery, maintaining clean dining areas, and supporting service tasks to uphold exceptional standards.

The ideal candidate has a background in F&B service, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering food and beverages to members/guests, ensuring prompt service.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including setting up tables and restocking supplies.
• Gain basic knowledge of the menu and daily specials to assist with service.
• Greet members/guests with a friendly attitude and provide welcome assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience and support as needed.
• Assist in handling Member/Guest requests and complaints, escalating to Servers or management as needed.
• Complete side work, including cleaning, organizing, and stocking work areas to meet club standards.
• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines and ensure compliance with club policies.
• Attend daily briefings and participate in required activities to stay informed.
