Green Tree Country Club in Midland, TX is seeking a Dining Manager to oversee daily dining services, lead the food and beverage team, and ensure exceptional member dining experiences.

The role requires 2-4 years in F&B with people management, strong communication, cost controls, and a focus on safety and quality. You will collaborate with departments, manage schedules and payroll duties, and drive member service excellence.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 - 4 years of progressive responsibility in food and beverage industry.
• A minimum of 2 years of personnel management.
• Experience in resolving member and/or employee issues and delivering excellent member service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel is required.

Mansioni

• Supervise the food and beverage team and lead with strong leadership.
• Interview and train employees; schedule and payroll duties as assigned.
• Audit and maintain payroll, financial transactions, and budget guidelines.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and food safety standards are followed.
