Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server Assistant to support the front-of-house dining team, ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to cleanliness, and adherence to safety guidelines, with opportunities to assist during events and large parties. A background in hospitality and required state certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to members/guests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Learn menu and daily specials to assist with service.
• Greet members/guests warmly and provide assistance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Handle Member/Guest requests and escalate when needed.
• Complete side work and restock supplies.
• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines.
