Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server Assistant to support front-of-house operations, helping deliver food and beverages with a welcoming attitude. You will assist with setup, cleanliness, and basic menu knowledge to ensure a smooth dining experience for members and guests.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, F&B service training, and current Food Handler/Alcohol Server certifications. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and professional presentation in a dynamic club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food and Beverage service experience.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to members/guests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Learn the menu and daily specials to assist with service.
• Greet members/guests and provide a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Handle Member/Guest requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Complete side work and stocking.
• Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Assist with events and large parties.
