Job summary

Green Bay Country Club is seeking a Server Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. In this fast-paced, member-focused role, you help keep dining areas clean, stocked, and ready to provide exceptional service to our members and guests.

You will support servers, reset tables, assist with events, and work both indoors and outdoors in a premier private club setting. No prior experience required, but positivity and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the location.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after members and guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and surrounding spaces.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to support efficient service.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of Club events and dining functions.
• Provide attentive and professional service to members and guests.
