Qualifications

• Basic Food & Beverage knowledge required.
• TABC Certification and Food Handlers Card required.
• Male candidates only for the 19th Hole restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assists servers in set-up, service and clean-up.
• Serves water as guests are seated.
• Carries food trays to tables and removes soiled dishes.
• Re-sets tables, stocks station, and cleans dining areas.
• Takes take-out orders to reception and assists with banquet setups.
• Maintains linen, silverware, and overall dining room cleanliness.
