Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year work experience in food service operations.

• Ability to work harmoniously with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises wait staff.
• Bus and resets tables; keep dining room clean and ready.
• Takes meal orders accurately and courteously.
• Assists in onboarding and training of new employees.
• Assists in administrative tasks for the Food Service Director.
• Maintains safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in the department.
• Monitors opening/closing duties for wait staff.
• Keeps supervisor informed and resolves issues promptly.
• Familiar with the food service disaster plan.
