• Greets visitors and determines their needs.
• Answers general questions and provides information to visitors or callers.
• Performs clerical duties such as posting data, typing reports, and distributing mail and messages.
• Schedules and coordinates tele-conference calls.
• Sorts and distributes mail and inter-office materials.
• Schedules and coordinates room calendars.
• Completes assignments accurately and follows directions.
