Responsibilities

• Directly supervises wait staff.
• Bus(es)s and resets tables; maintains dining room cleanliness and reset to standard.
• Take meal orders accurately and provide prompt service.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and training according to policies and procedures.
• Assist Food Service Director in administrative activities as directed.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in food services; ensure adequate staffing.
• Monitor and ensure completion of opening/closing duties by wait staff.
• Communicate with supervisor and cooks; resolve issues promptly.
• Be familiar with the food service disaster plan.
