Responsibilities

• Create wait staff scheduling.
• Recommend changes to food products as necessary to enhance the dining experience and improve profitability.
• Supervising the closure of the dining rooms at the end of meals.
• Help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting.
• Assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of dining department.
• Help create a positive work environment.
• Assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow.
• Be responsible for training and development of new wait staff.
• Provide appropriate coaching and counseling to employees so they can perform job duties effectively.
• Support the needs of the dining department.
