Responsibilities

• Set schedules and determine specific job duties, while maintaining staffing levels.
• Evaluate and oversee job performance of Team Members.
• Participate in creation of annual budgets and manage unit forecasts and cost controls.
• Ensure kitchens and equipment are in good working order and maintain a hazard-free area compliant with health and safety guidelines.
