Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and cost controls to meet financial goals.
• Oversee departments to ensure requisitioning, production and quality compliance.
• Maintain kitchens/equipment in good working order and in hazard-free condition.
• Train staff on policies, procedures and safety standards; conduct daily huddles.
